My ma has this amazing tree in the front yard. Every spring, for a very brief period of time, it fills with millions of little white flowers.
This year, we braved all the busy, buzzing bees visiting all the flowers so we could take a picture under it. It was worth the risk to get a picture with my honey.
July has been a great month for the girl and I. One of the best parts was a beach-iversary that we took over a long 4th of July weekend. We did everything from eat ice cream twice a day to morning walks on the beach to hunt for sand dollars. Oh, and the girl made some amazing apple pie and cookies with her ma. It was epic.
Tillamook Cheese Factory!
Barrels and barrels of amazing taffy.
A morning walk on the beach.
The seagulls created a crab murder scene.
In between sand dollar hunting we had some fun in the water.
Fish and chips! They were delicious and it came with four different kind of fish.
Big ship and little ship that we saw during our lunch stop on the way home.
I just got back from spending some time up in the northwest with The Girl’s family for the holidays and it was a great time as always. I have to admit though, I don’t think I will ever get tired of the view from up there as it’s completely epic.
