Its almost the weekend, which is a good excuse to eat cookies for breakfast! There are a lot of “breakfast cookie” recipes popping up, so they might be worth a try!

goals for the weekend
Our goals are pretty simple: 1. Make this yum looking strawberry ice cream. Doesn’t it look the creamiest? Where can I get some pretty strawberries? 2. Pick up a couple more flowers at the garden store. The key here is that we need some blooming flowers. We have a lot of flowers in the growing stages, but we want some blooms to attract some more bees! Have a good one!
make and wear
Make these adorable crochet veggies, while wearing a bee sweater!
happy weekend
Here are two tattoos I will never get, but might if I was the tattoo-getting kind.
What are you doing this weekend? We are thinking about going to the Garden Festival at the park, partly because they have garden talks and partly because it says there will be ice cream and kettle corn. Have a good one!

eat and wear
Its a gray and gloomy day, so let’s make these apple cinnamon muffins, and while they are in the oven, let’s learn to knit a cozy, boxy sweater.
sunday snacks!
If you ask Jon, he will tell you what an excellent football commentator I am. He will also tell you that I can snack like a champion. So we love Super Bowl day! Plus, we each have a B.S. in advertising so it really is a treat all around. What snacks are you making for the big game? I know I definitely need some chex mix, and those mini corn dogs, guacamole, and sweet potato tots look awfully tasty too!
yoga destiny
I’ve been trying to do a little bit of yoga every day this year. It helps my sewing shoulders. I used to go to classes when I lived down the street from a studio, so maybe someday soon I can start again and fulfill my destiny of becoming a yoga-class-farmers-market person. Here is some mat spray to keep your head clear and mat clean, and a cute yoga mat tote to sew.
garden dishtowel
Santa brought me this cute dishtowel, and I love the way it brightens up the kitchen. Plus, it reminds me that warmer garden weather is right around the corner. We are currently trying to grow some radishes, but they aren’t quite ready for picking yet!
